First and foremost, Regent\u00a0Square is a community. All residents living in the square are expected to\u00a0observe the rules contained in the leases, which apply to all properties on our\u00a0site in London. You will find these summarised in the Residents Information\u00a0Sheet issued to new residents when they move in, but the basic do\u2019s and don\u2019ts\u00a0are listed below.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

If you have a vehicle, you\u00a0should only park in your designated parking space or garage. Your landlord or\u00a0letting agent will tell you your designated number when you move in. Please don\u2019t park anywhere\u00a0other than your designated space or garage. Certainly, do not park or wash or\u00a0valet your vehicle in the central area of the square, as you might be blocking\u00a0access for the emergency or utilities services. While in the central area, you\u00a0may load or unload your vehicle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Additionally, there are a\u00a0small number of parking spaces for visitors. All visitors who park in the\u00a0square are required to display a valid visitors\u2019 parking permit for the\u00a0duration of their stay. These permits come with the properties and should have\u00a0been passed to you either by the previous owner or by your letting agent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In a 24\/7 society, you need to\u00a0be especially considerate to your neighbours. Remember that they may keep\u00a0different hours to you. To ensure that everyone is happy, please be as quiet as\u00a0possible when departing or arriving at Regent Square, especially late at night\u00a0or early in the morning. Don\u2019t play loud music, chat loudly, or slam doors\u00a0during these hours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Details of how to enter Regent\u00a0Square are provided to residents on arrival. Security is an ongoing concern\u00a0because the square is a gated community. Rubbish collections are\u00a0scheduled every week. It is your responsibility to keep your dustbin area clean\u00a0and tidy. Please do not dispose of bulky items either in the bin sheds or in\u00a0anywhere else in the square. You will be able to ring the council to arrange\u00a0the collection of large items and you will find the contact number for this\u00a0service on our\u00a0Useful Information<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0page.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There are purple recycling\u00a0bins in each of the communal dustbin sheds serving flats 1 \u2013 36 and 61 \u2013 84,\u00a0and one black communal recycling bin serving flats 37 \u2013 60. These bins are\u00a0emptied weekly. Please do not dispose of normal household waste in the\u00a0recycling bins.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Eastways Management Ltd has the right\u00a0to inspect the interior of any property. Make sure you look after your flat and\u00a0arrange for repairs promptly whenever required. Consult your landlord or letting\u00a0agent for any repair work in your flat or contact one of our directors for\u00a0general building maintenance needs, e.g. replacing the bulbs in the stairwells.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Redecoration takes place every\u00a0four years, and it is your responsibility to redecorate the outside of your\u00a0property, including your garage, when instructed by Eastways Management Ltd.
